Anxiety Counselling
in Nuneaton.

Compassionate, practical support for anxiety, panic and constant worry, from qualified therapists in the heart of Nuneaton.

Anxiety can be exhausting. The racing thoughts, the tight chest, the sense that something is about to go wrong even when life looks fine from the outside. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to manage it by yourself.

At Clarity Wellbeing Clinic in Nuneaton, our therapists work with anxiety in all its forms: generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety and the low-level worry that quietly wears you down. We help you understand what is driving it and give you practical tools to feel more in control.

How we help with anxiety

Some of our therapists draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift the thought patterns that fuel anxiety. Others work in a more person-centred or integrative way, giving you space to explore what sits underneath it. Together we find the approach that fits you.

There is no waiting list and no need for a GP referral. You can choose your therapist, and the time and day that suits you, seven days a week.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I need counselling for anxiety?

If anxiety is interfering with your sleep, work, relationships, or daily life, or if it has persisted for more than a few weeks, counselling can help. You do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Many people come to therapy when anxiety is making their life smaller than they want it to be.

How long does anxiety counselling take to work?

Most clients begin to feel some shift within four to eight sessions, though deeper or longer-standing anxiety can take longer. We will agree a tentative plan with you at the start and review it regularly. There is no fixed timeline; we work at your pace.

What kind of therapy works best for anxiety?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) has the strongest evidence base for anxiety, but other approaches including EMDR and integrative therapy are also effective, particularly when anxiety is rooted in past experiences. We will match you with a therapist whose approach fits your situation.

Can I have anxiety counselling without my GP knowing?

Yes. You can contact us directly without a GP referral. Sessions are completely confidential within the legal limits all registered therapists must observe.

How much does anxiety counselling cost?

Sessions at Clarity Wellbeing Clinic start from £50, depending on the therapist's experience and accreditation. We offer free initial consultations with most of our therapists.
