Online trauma and PTSD therapy.

Careful, paced support for trauma and PTSD, including online EMDR, delivered with the skill and respect this work needs.

Trauma changes how we feel in our own body and how safe the world seems. Flashbacks, hypervigilance, numbness, difficulty trusting: these are not weaknesses, they're the mind's response to something overwhelming. Online therapy can be a particularly gentle entry point into trauma work, because you stay in a familiar, safe space throughout.

Several of our therapists are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy for processing traumatic memories. EMDR is delivered online using techniques adapted for video, with research showing it remains effective in this format.

How we work with trauma online

Trauma work is never rushed. We move at your pace, building safety and trust first, and only approaching difficult material when you're ready. For some clients online is the better setting precisely because they stay in their own space; for others, in-person is the right fit and we'll say so honestly.

Whether your trauma is recent or rooted in the past, recovery is possible, and you don't have to face it alone.
