Warm, non-judgemental support for low mood and depression, helping you find your footing again. Based in Nuneaton.
Depression is more than feeling sad. It can drain the colour from everything, make ordinary tasks feel impossible, and convince you that nothing will change. It can also be quiet, hidden behind a functioning life that looks fine from the outside.
Our therapists in Nuneaton offer a steady, compassionate space to talk, be heard, and slowly find your way back to yourself. Whatever you have tried before, we can help.
Therapy gives you somewhere to put the weight down. Working with one of our qualified counsellors, you can begin to make sense of how you are feeling, understand what is keeping you stuck, and rebuild a sense of momentum at a pace that feels safe.
You do not need to be in crisis to come, and you do not need a referral. Reaching out is the first step.
Yes. Counselling and psychotherapy are recommended by NICE as a first-line treatment for mild to moderate depression and are effective alongside medication for more severe depression. Many people find lasting change through therapy.
It is common for depression to make talking feel exhausting. Our therapists work gently, at your pace. You do not need to have everything figured out before you start, and you do not need to be 'eloquent'. Just turning up is enough.
This depends on the severity of your depression and your own preferences. Therapy alone is often enough for mild to moderate depression. For more severe depression, a combination of therapy and medication (which you would discuss with your GP) is often most effective. We are happy to work alongside your GP.
We have no waiting list. Most clients can be matched with a therapist and have a first session within days of getting in touch.
You don't need to be in crisis to seek support. Reach out when you're ready, no GP referral needed.
Book an AppointmentClarity is not an emergency or crisis service, and our inbox is not monitored around the clock. If you are in distress or struggling to cope right now, please reach out straight away. You deserve support, and it is always okay to ask for it.
