Jodie Phillips
Hypnotherapist & EMDR Practitioner
Jodie is a qualified hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner, and the founder of Me Again Therapy in Nuneaton. She specialises in helping people, particularly women, overcome anxiety, fear, phobias, overwhelm and trauma responses, offering both online and in-person sessions.
Her work is built on personal lived experience. After overcoming her own severe driving anxiety through hypnosis, she retrained in hypnotherapy and EMDR to help others regain confidence and control over their lives. Her own turning point is the heart of how she works: she knows what it is to feel stuck, and what it takes to feel like yourself again.
Many people understand their anxiety or trauma intellectually but still feel emotionally stuck. Jodie combines EMDR and hypnotherapy to process unresolved experiences more deeply and create lasting change, working at the root cause rather than simply managing symptoms. Her focus is on nervous system regulation, understanding your anxiety triggers, and changing the habits, thoughts and emotional reactions that keep you feeling overwhelmed.
Her style is warm but motivating, helping you regain control, build confidence and resilience, and get your life moving again. She holds diplomas in hypnotherapy and in EMDR for hypnotherapists, with further training in supporting adults and teenagers with ADHD, and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the General Hypnotherapy Register.
