Kerrie understands that taking the first step in contacting a counsellor can feel daunting. You may be struggling with grief, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed by experiences from the past or present. You may simply feel that things aren't quite right and want a space to think.
Whatever has brought you to consider therapy, Kerrie offers a warm, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported. She is a person-centred counsellor with a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Warwick, and has specialist training in baby loss and bereavement, children's counselling, and creative therapy.
Kerrie sees adults, young adults and children from age five upwards. Creative therapy approaches can be particularly helpful for those who find it hard to put difficult feelings into words.
