About Gill

Gill is an accredited person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP Accred.) with many years of experience supporting adults through emotional, relational and psychological difficulties.

If something doesn't feel right just now, perhaps thoughts and feelings that keep looping, anxiety, low mood, or recurring patterns in relationships, Gill offers a calm, confidential space to make sense of it. Many people feel emotionally stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences. Together, you'll look at the effects of those experiences, work toward feeling more at ease with yourself, and find a healthier balance.

Gill works with adults and older adults, in person, online or by phone. She offers a free 15-minute call so you can answer any questions you have about therapy before deciding to start.
