Therapy that comes to you
Not everyone can get to a clinic, and you should not have to. Our online therapy gives you the same hand-picked, qualified therapists and the same depth of support as our Nuneaton rooms, from wherever you feel most comfortable. All you need is a private space and a stable connection.
Because it is online, where you live is no barrier. We work with clients right across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Why people choose online therapy
Online sessions remove the practical hurdles that often stop people reaching out: travel, time off work, childcare, or simply living somewhere with little local choice. They can also feel less daunting for a first step, talking from your own sofa, in your own surroundings.
Is it as effective as in person?
For most people, yes. A large body of research shows that talking therapy delivered by video is just as effective as face to face for many common difficulties, including anxiety, low mood and stress. What matters most is the relationship with your therapist, and that translates well to a screen.
What we offer online
- Individual counselling and psychotherapy
- Support for anxiety, low mood, stress and burnout
- Bereavement and trauma support
- Sessions to suit your timezone and schedule
- The same confidentiality and care as in-clinic work
Online therapy: common questions
Is online therapy as effective as in person?
For most people, yes. A large body of research shows that talking therapy delivered by video is just as effective as face to face for many common difficulties, including anxiety, low mood and stress. What matters most is the relationship with your therapist, and that translates well to a screen.
Where can I access your online therapy?
Anywhere in the UK or Ireland. Because sessions are by secure video, you can work with our therapists from England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, without travelling to Nuneaton.
What do I need for an online session?
Just a private, quiet space where you will not be overheard, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera. Your therapist will send you a secure link. You do not need any special software or technical know-how.
How much does online therapy cost?
Fees are set by each therapist and depend on who you see and the type of session, so there is no single price. Email us and we will talk you through the options.
Do I need a GP referral for online therapy?
No. You can contact us directly and book in yourself, confidentially and with no long waiting list, wherever you are in the UK or Ireland.
Is online therapy private and confidential?
Yes. Sessions are held over a secure video platform and are as confidential as our in-clinic work, within the same legal limits every registered therapist observes. We simply ask that you join from somewhere private where you will not be interrupted.
